All the staff there are super welcoming, but we primarily worked with Deontae who was wonderful to work with. We were pretty clueless as to what we wanted, but after a few simple questions, Deontae was able to recommend what ended up being the winner mattress. Everything was clearly outlined, no hidden fees, I felt confident and excited about our decision. This was a Saturday and our mattress arrived Monday. Definitely didn’t expect such a quick turnaround, so really amazing. Everything was delivered with the upmost care and the premium delivery service made it completely hassle free, highly recommend. I left with a mattress in mind but wanted a little time to think about it. I went back a few days later to purchase a pillow I had tried. I missed Nigel that day as he was in a different store but fortunately Denzell was just as helpful. I ended up with new pillows and a great deal on the mattress I had picked out and even got delivery the next day. Best part was the first night sleeping on the new mattress the pain was gone!
