“In a world where throwing people under the bus seems to be the norm, I want to take the time out to give Hermano his props. I'll give you some context. I've been dealing with a platinum protection warranty exchange issue for NEARLY 2 MONTHS to this point NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS EXHAUSTING. I ma de countless calls to different departments and at one point someone even told me that I'm SOL There's nothing they can do for me WHICH WAS CRAZY. out of frustration I went to the warehouse to speak to someone and I got in contact with him he was a complete 180 from my initial experience extremely professional, attentive and followed up on every step throughout the process he completely met my expectations and went above and beyond five stars A+ whatever accolades can be given he got it”

“After months of looking online and trying to find a bed and a box that would meet my wife and my needs. I stopped at mattress plus and met with Dave price. And the first mattress, he pointed out based on my requirements. Turned out to be perfect. In fact, I'm buying it today. And i'm pretty sure i'm going to be very happy with this period it's a casper snow mattress, and i'm gonna get it delivered in a couple of days.”

“Went in for a water filter for the frig and came out with a new grill and a few needed accessories. Manny was very helpful - suggested a few things we needed for the grill, but wasn’t high pressure if we said we didn’t want something. The PCR system is very helpful b/c we have purchased many appliances over the years and they can look up what we have now so they can sell us the right part (in this case, a frig water filter). We have shopped at PCR for years as they have a good selection and any Bells or whistles that someone wants. I recommend buying extended warranty on any frig - we’ve had to use a couple of times over the years for different makes and models, and it’s always minimal hassle to get the repair or replacement for anything not working.”

“The salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The store was well appointed with numerous samples to try before buying, and the price and delivery schedules were very competitive. Overall, excellent experience so far. Waiting for the actual delivery now, but hopeful that it will also go as smooth and positive as my in store experience.”
