“My 1st day/move experience was a good one.i arrived and everything was all ready to go. No waiting. Janet assisted me with locating my unit and giving me all the information on how to enter and navigate within the building. My unit was clean and she gave thorough instructions about the unit and locks. She was kind and informative. Would recommend.”
“Alan was super helpful when answering my questions on the storage rental process specifically regarding payment and etc… I was able to tour some options to see which size will work best and he directed me to what my best fit my needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend this facility !”

“Astro Moving helped move my entire home from one city to a very small town. They were ON TIME, quick, professional and handled all my items with care. They made a 3 man crew feel more like a 6 man crew! I've referred them to everyone in state and out of state. Astro Moving is the who you should book if you're looking for quality moving services. Make sure you ask for the crew Shelby works with! He's awesome! Thanks Astro Moving!”

“Robert turned my whole experience with U-Haul around. From experiencing a major system outage the previous day and having to wait an hour and a half before I could receive my truck, to then having my storage and truck return booked at separate locations, I was just about to pull all my hair out when the storage unit I reserved was given away. However, Robert was patient, understanding and somehow was able to find another available 10x10 unit, as well as, allowed me to return my truck at the same location, and throw in a free lock. U-Haul almost lost me, but thanks to Robert, my situation made a 360. Thanks Bobby! You’re truly the best :)”
“I truly want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Bridgeport on Pine Street in Bridgeport. During one of the hardest moments for my family and me, this team showed us kindness, patience, understanding, and genuine compassion.
From the manager to every employee, they treated us with respect and made us feel like more than just customers. Nowadays, many places only focus on doing their job and moving on, but this team went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be okay and that they would help us through our difficult situation — and they truly did.
The professionalism, clean environment, welcoming atmosphere, and positive energy every time I walk through the doors are never unnoticed. Being greeted with kindness and seeing a team willing to help with a smile means more than words can explain.
Thank you all for your outstanding customer service, support, and humanity. I will forever be grateful for the way you treated my family and me. Because of this experience, I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and people who truly care.”
“We have used GPOD for the past three years. And I can’t speak highly enough about how they have never disappointed! From the ease of ordering online, to their drivers, to the actual dumpster, they are awesome! They deliver on time. They pick up on time. When you need to get the satisfaction of purging or using them for a demolition, GPOD is the absolute best! I don’t usually do reviews, but I need to share how awesome GPOD is! 10 stars if I could!”

“This location has nothing but great people working there. I’ve rented multiple times from them and no matter who you end up being helped by you get nothing but courtesy and friendliness. After almost 20 years in the auto business they treat customers as if they are selling them a car rather then renting them a U-Haul with no commission and no real incentive to be as good as they are and that’s how I feel it’s always genuine too.Thank you guys. You have been great to us and we appreciate everything.”

“Bob is a Godsend. He is polite, knowledgeable and very patient. I had so many questions that I thought I would get hung up on but he answered every one of them without getting mad or frustrated. Needless to say I rented a unit. Thank you Bob!”
