“Robert turned my whole experience with U-Haul around. From experiencing a major system outage the previous day and having to wait an hour and a half before I could receive my truck, to then having my storage and truck return booked at separate locations, I was just about to pull all my hair out when the storage unit I reserved was given away. However, Robert was patient, understanding and somehow was able to find another available 10x10 unit, as well as, allowed me to return my truck at the same location, and throw in a free lock. After almost 20 years in the auto business they treat customers as if they are selling them a car rather then renting them a U-Haul with no commission and no real incentive to be as good as they are and that’s how I feel it’s always genuine too.Thank you guys.
