Thank you to Dwight and Dave for helping me trade in my old iPhone for the new iPhone 16pro. I walked in without an appointment and was helped almost immediately. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the exchange seamless.

Damien had an upbeat personality and it was we had some good laughs. He helped me pick out a phone number that was "cute" to my liking and didn't show any judgement about it. Such a chill guy!

David was BEYOND AMAZING! David made me feel so comfortable and calmed me down I was very stressed out because my husband’s phone didn’t set up properly and ALL his contacts did not upload. The gentleman who helped us, Nate at the Bristol store, was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient and answered all our questions - he did a great job! We got new phones!

I was greeted almost immediately walking through the door, helped out and left the store with what I needed in 15 or so minutes. Got the new iPhone and very smooth purchase process. The employees were very helpful.
