He arranged for a mechanic to come to me, and they were able to replace my brakes and rotors the same day. The mechanic did an outstanding job—he was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done perfectly and worked in this crazy heat wave. My car feels great and drives smoothly now. “Hands down the best in Waterbury ! Very pleased with the results and absolutely amazing service ! Made sure my car was sparkling inside and out. I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. Also got an oil change and let me tell you my car has never felt this smooth, I am trilled with my first experience and will be back ! “I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.”

“Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”

“Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.”

“Stopped in yesterday with a large pick up truck with a cap and ladders on. NO problem. My truck was filthy inside and out. Embarrassingly so... THEY took care of the inside and outside. Cloth seat stains gone! Vacuumed exceptionally well and even took out the plastic molded carpets and got underneath the flooring... in between the seats.
The attention to full detail was certainly great! I will be back with 4 more cars soon!”

“I got white overspray on two of my employees trucks. Both trucks are black, which is a pain to keep looking good without adding swirl marks. After the detail the trucks look better than before. He took his time and was up front about the difficulty of the process. He got them so shiny and got rid of all the swirl marks from years of grim and dirt scratching the paint. Anyone who owns or has owned a black vehicle knows what im talking about. Its a great place to go to. It was a absolute great decision to go here. Very polite and knowledgeable person to conduct business with. And I great eye for fine detail.”
