I bought 2 wipers from them, one is 28 14 but I waited for them to help me for 1 hour because the lady working there had freshly done nails and she couldn't put on my wipers.

Honestly, I dread when I have to go to this Autozone. The employees are not friendly, or helpful. Half the time they're either holding conversations with each other while one person rings up a line of customers, or they look at you in disbelief, when you ask for guidance, or help in finding a part. I only go here when I already know exactly what I need, so I can be in and out.

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered a battery on the Autozone website. When I went to go pick it up they told me that they didn't have it in stock. I asked if I could go to another Autozone that does have the battery in stock and pick it up there. She told me no, they couldn't do that. So, I called Autozone and they told me that they could have easily done that but since the store chose to cancel the order instead that it couldn't be done now. The kicker? I now have to wait five days to get my money refunded. Twenty four years as a customer and I'm now officially done with Autozone!

The management there doesn't know how to talk to her customers OR! her employees. Not a good way to run a business, its a shame. Professionalism comes a long way and its clearly not there. 🙏🏾

The website push up false information about parts and since the people that work there don't know a thing about cars and run to the website for the answers, they don't always tell you the right parts. Which is a real hassle

On May 23 approximately 1:15 I went to Bristol AutoZone to attempt to return rear brake pads from AutoZone online. I'd mistakenly purchased the wrong ones. The Bristol employee carefully examined the pads and could see they were never even put on the car. Then the employee asked the shift supervisor about how to do a return from an online purchase. Supervisor said Absolutely Not!!! If they want to return them let them deal with the online store. The young employee said sorry and handed me back the pads. Which I then said, this is why I shop at Advance Auto. I won't be back!!!

I'm going to be straight up. I wasn't giving the runaround about the lifetime warranty on the brakes the girl's name starts with an m she just knew that I'm talking about AutoZone on route 6 okay best place I've been to is there keep up the good work and you will definitely see!

I would like to share publicly that I don’t know about the service AutoZone Auto Parts in Bristol have giving before, all I know is that the service that was provided to me was unbelievable I have nothing bad to say about the gentleman that took care of me the night I went in with a broken front light bulb. Friendly, funny, fast, efficient, respectful and kind to this grandma. My upmost admiration to them. Q Dios me lo bendiga y proteja siempre! 5 stars all the way!!!

it seems every time I go to this place its all new people working there. I do not know why the big turnover . prices are decent and they usually have what I need. I did go their to get a bulb for my brake light on my 2017 Toyota. so i go in and tell this young man what I needed and the year, make and model of my truck and he turn his screen and ask which model????? so I repeated the year make and model and said its right outside. so he continues to look at his screen and comes back with a two pack of bulbs. i went home and did not change it for about two weeks and when I went to put the new bulb in guess what it was the wrong one. i could not find the receipt so I just decided not to go back to auto zone. I go to O'Reilly's that has always given me the part I need and also have put the part on or installed a battery when I bought one.
