I would like to share publicly that I don’t know about the service AutoZone Auto Parts in Bristol have giving before, all I know is that the service that was provided to me was unbelievable I have nothing bad to say about the gentleman that took care of me the night I went in with a broken front light bulb. Friendly, funny, fast, efficient, respectful and kind to this grandma. My upmost admiration to them. Q Dios me lo bendiga y proteja siempre! 5 stars all the way!!!

it seems every time I go to this place its all new people working there. I do not know why the big turnover . prices are decent and they usually have what I need. I did go their to get a bulb for my brake light on my 2017 Toyota. so i go in and tell this young man what I needed and the year, make and model of my truck and he turn his screen and ask which model????? so I repeated the year make and model and said its right outside. so he continues to look at his screen and comes back with a two pack of bulbs. i went home and did not change it for about two weeks and when I went to put the new bulb in guess what it was the wrong one. i could not find the receipt so I just decided not to go back to auto zone. I go to O'Reilly's that has always given me the part I need and also have put the part on or installed a battery when I bought one.

They either have the parts you need or recommend you not even to another AutoZone store but the closest about parts in the area that have a better chance of having it. They close at ten but don't try calling after nine especially on a Thursday because they will answer the phone but no one will respond

On May 23 approximately 1:15 I went to Bristol AutoZone to attempt to return rear brake pads from AutoZone online. I'd mistakenly purchased the wrong ones. The Bristol employee carefully examined the pads and could see they were never even put on the car. Then the employee asked the shift supervisor about how to do a return from an online purchase. Supervisor said Absolutely Not!!! If they want to return them let them deal with the online store. The young employee said sorry and handed me back the pads. Which I then said, this is why I shop at Advance Auto. I won't be back!!!

Been going to this store for occasional car needs. Today, the guy behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. He took a phonecall on his cellphone while looking up the parts that I need. That's fine. However, he made another cellphone call while we were at the aisle looking for the parts I needed. I was standing next to him waiting until he finished his call... did not excuse himself or apologize for the interruption. I understand if it was an urgent personal or job-related call (I understand some Spanish and it wasn't related to the parts I needed) but please just excuse yourself. I'm a petite woman and I may not look like I know a lot about cars and parts. But I work and cater to people also; this was beyond unprofessional. Please treat all your customers right. Autozone please in-service your employees

My day started out tough for the new year. Car wouldn’t start. I immediately called AutoZone and from the initial phone call to the ringing out process and the battery installation, everyone was so kind and helpful. Special shout-out to Nory and Rue for all their help.

I came in right before closing with a headlight out. The two gentlemen working were very professional, helpful, and respectful. They were patient with me and assisted me in not only getting the right bulb, but also showing me how to replace. I am very grateful to Rod and Nirving. Thank you so much!
