Just got off the phone with Cecelia and Joseph ! What a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! This is customer service like we had before the days of pushing 74 buttons before speaking to a human ! I was put on the phone IMMEDIATELY with a person who sat and helped us with all our questions and actually offered to do the work for us ! If you have doubts about this small town pharmacy…. Don’t …. It’s big time Customer Service!!!!!!

⚠️WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PHARMACY!!! ‼️ PHARMACY MANAGER LEAVES FAKE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE! ⚠️‼️
I chose this pharmacy after moving to Bristol in March 2024 because they had five star reviews only to find out THIS PHARMACY HAS BEEN UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT SINCE FEB 2024 (no notice of that whatsoever) AND ALL PREVIOUS GOOD REVIEWS ARE INVALID! I was told a script could be filled the same day but I went to pick it up I was charged and the pharmacy manager told me that the medication would be delivered in a few days. Made unauthorized charges on my card, charged me DOUBLE AND STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED ME. Kept my card on file without permission, and charged me for meds I never picked up. NOT OPEN DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. NAME OF PHARMACIST IN CHARGE NOT POSTED. THEY DO NOT FILL MEDICATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. Does not return phone calls. Pharmacy manager whom is not licensed is dispensing the medications. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS WRONG. PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY DESERVE HONEST SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU!

Very cute place, and my first two experiences going in to get my prescriptions after I had them transferred was pleasant; I dealt with the same woman both times and had zero complaints. My third time trying to go and pick up prescriptions was less great—Vincent is nice but unprofessional. My biggest complaint is that I tried to pick up prescriptions here during their normal business hours MULTIPLE times only to arrive and find the lights off and the door locked. Why they close randomly during the day when their website indicates they should be open is beyond me. If you’re going to adjust your business hours, update your website. Or at least put a sign on the door. That was extremely frustrating for me, and I will not be returning.

Awesome peoples great service they do delivery and try there best to get what you need calling your doctors you should give it them the opportunity to be your next experience with your prescription you don’t going to regret it ask for hand sanitizer or there bags

I don’t get my scripts there but they just did my Covid booster shot. It’s very clean and organized, both staff were very kind and helpful, and the shot itself didn’t hurt at all. I highly recommend going here for shots or scripts. Very professional and all around a great place.

Love this pharmacy! I switched over to Bristol Pharmacy from Walgreen's after so many issues when Covid started. Mo the pharmacist is an amazing person & is always friendly when I go in, when I have questions or concerns regarding my medications. I have had prescriptions delivered at times & their driver is very friendly and prompt. Hours are great & convenient! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to find a new one! Thank you Mo & staff, we're lucky to have you in Bristol!
