I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. “I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.”
“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! However, they're honest and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I would recommend them to my friends and family, as I was recommended in that same way!Services: Transmission”

“Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”
“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”

He ensures my vehicle is cleaned to perfection. Jilson even calls me over once done and allows me to review the car before pulling away and will remove any small residue I may find. “This is a just a great car wash. Hammad, I think he's the manager there, treated me in an excellent way. He was so helpful and explained to me the different wash options in detail.
