In a normal world, I’d be fighting to get small but frustrating problems resolved, but not here. They handled everything with honesty, care, and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing.

My exeriqnce with them well I got 800 off the listed price but the key to the door didn't work and the jack was missing and on top of it the car was promised to be detailed but there was nothing done it was still dirty with grime and pet hair all over the place and stinks really bad like dogs and I also find out the Bluetooth doesn't work and they was trying to sell it to me saying it had it but I find out it never did and is broken. So far it was an ok experience but all they really care about is money so you have to make sure you put your foot down and demand before signing anything. Remeber anyone who is reading dealers there main goal is to sell you a car so make sure to look into it and keep showing and don't get pressured and ps some of them are slimy with the way they talk to you so good luck shoping and getting services
Update July 25th 2025 I just got the tires rotated at 123k and I got it with 119k miles and it appears that I have hub issues with the car and I could of got hurt and mind you I did ask them to check and they said it looked good but when I got my tires rotated nearly all the studs went into the hub and I was not able to drive the car .....

The truth is that I was impressed from the first day since I wanted another car but more than anything I wanted to check how much I had to give as a deposit. I had already exchanged some messages with Adrian about the possible deposit if I got the car. I thought it was too good to be true. I wanted to go find out and the truth is that they make everything easy. They did everything possible so that I could get the car without complications. I have paid for several cars that I have taken out at other dealerships but no one has made it so easy for me to get a car. Thank you very much to your entire team, especially Adrian. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them. It is very easy to get a car with them

The experience was pretty good. We were met with friendly receptionist and Adrien made the process easier every step of the way. They were able to work with us to get the vehicle we wanted for better rates than we expected too. Could not recommend this place enough.

Not to sure who the older man is that was speaking to me when I was talking with the receptionist today but his customer service is very rude and stereotype/down play me as a customer like I didn’t have money to purchase a vehicle on the lot. Smhhh. I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful. Please do make sure you look,listen and test drive the cars because you don’t want to waste your money. A man was already having issues with his vehicle while speaking to him for a little in the lobby before the incident happened with me and the older man.
