I recently took my PS5 to get fixed here and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff was professional and knowledgeable. They explained what the issue was and what needed to be fixed with a reasonable price. The repair was done faster than I expected. They kept me updated throughout the process and they even provide a one year warranty on all their repairs! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs they have the best prices in Waterbury!! They really know what they’re doing and treat their customers with respect.”

“My computer died and I was in a middle of a huge school project. Thankfully I back up my compter. However, I was down a computer and was going to buy a new one. My friend went in to see the owner and got a price. My friend told him I had to think about it. The owner educated my friend and gave him the information. My friend left the store. I called him back and he told me how nice the owner was and provided the information for fixing the computer and the part number. Becasue this owner was so honest he went back and dropped of the computer and asked if it could be ready the next day. The owner stated he would do his best but Monday would be most likely. My friend explained I was working on a school project. The owner called the next day and had it ready. He was so friendly, honest and fast. I will be going to him for now on with any issues for him to fix. Great customer service and honest. That is hard to find.
