I had a great experience with Robert purchasing my first Kia from this dealership. I was never pressured and he actually talked me down from spending more money on a car I didn't REALLY need.
After purchasing the car Evan was great in walking my wife and I through the cars bells and whistles. He also helped us set up the app to take full advantage of everything the car has to offer.
Both Evan and Robert were exceptional in their roles and I would recommend anyone looking for a new Kia give them a call.

I would like to give a 5 Star review to Crowley KIA of Bristol.
I appreciated the Personal Service given to my husband & I when we bought a used 2021 Kia Forte.
Will Johnson& Butch Hanning made the process of purchasing our vehicle easy & certainly stree free.
I will certainly recommend Crowley of Bristol to friends & family.

I recently bought my second car at Crowley Jeep dealership and I had a very positive experience with all the staff and my new car. Mark G. was great to work with in sales . My husband and I enjoyed his professional side, how fast he gets things done, as well as his humor. Alan B. was very instrumental in teaching us all about hybrid cars, he gave us a ton of tips, and he was really patient and wonderful with all the questions that we came up with. Phil L. made the document signing process quick and effortless. Finally, Aelaine G. was very sweet, caring, efficient, and managed our accessory car needs with ease, quickly, and always making sure we get exactly what we need. We highly recommend Crowley Jeep !!!

I recently purchased a new SUV from Crowley KIA in Bristol, Ct. Before bringing it in for its first check-up/oil change, I called to confirm that this appointment was complimentary based on what I recalled the salesman saying to me during the purchase discussion. The phone agent I spoke with said there was no note the appointment would be comped and then then checked on it. He said the salesman, Luke, did not recall saying this to me. The agent also said he was told they would honor my recollection of the promise of comped service. When I arrived for the appointment I again asked Jose, the service center agent, about it being comped and he told me he would check on it. It wasn't until it was time to pay that he said it was not comped.I've had follow-up email and phone conversations with the Mike, the General Manager. I wrote a detailed explanation of why I believed the appointment would be comped, including many more details about my prior communications which I'm not including here.The General Manager refused my request for a refund of the service call, stating that his salesman did not say what I recalled. From my communications and conversation with the GM I came to feel he did a cursory check on the information I presented, basically saying (and this is a near quote) 'my salesmen would never say that'. I said that may be true but TWICE I checked on the appointment being comped, opportunities to correct the information, and his team failed. Rather than the GM saying something like "I'm sorry this happened. It's possible you misremembered your conversation with Luke, but as you provided us with enough opportunities to correct the mistake, and we didn't, I will issue a refund." Instead the general manager implied his team did nothing wrong. I disagree. Strongly. This is alack of integrity at Crowley and being dismissive of my information is why I will not be returning to Crowley again.

I didn't have the best experience there. I drove dozens of miles out there after selecting an appt to meet with the salesman. Upon arrival I knew what I wanted to get, the salesman was eager of course. I had a subpar experience with the finance manager, stand up family guy but kept hinting towards the accountant I'm coming from a urban inner city area of not the most reputable reputation (keep this in mind) My rep promised me a full tank of gas upon arrival, did not have that and did not want to deduct it off the final price but promises a "discount" on any time I would come back for service. (which i'm not) After signing the contract the sales manager was outside watching my salesman almost glaring for him to close the deal or be reprimanded, obviously noticeable from what I observed the type of atmosphere created. The accountant came outside to hand me a receipt of my down payment and I'm not so excited to not notice the number is short 400$ of what I put in. I walked right back inside to go look for the man in his office and found him writing in his book false information of my deposit and confronted him while another sales rep was in there. I made him erase the amount and put the full amount of what I put as a deposit and the rep was shaking his head at him ashamed at the people he was working with and commented on either his unprofessionalism or his idiocy to cover it up. This place is full of "swindlers" white collar criminals. If you even do your best on your end as an outstanding customer they would still try to cut corners and take advantage of you if they think they could. Women do not go there without a man that knows, and men and people with little to no experience, always be on their ass for everything and keep your eyes and ears open. Do not be afraid to walk.

I have now had interactions with three Kia dealerships and they have progressively worsened. They have already lost me as a returning customer in general but this experience tops it off. I can barely call it an experience. This dealership barely did anything, and whatever they did do only made a problem. I made an appointment weeks go for some recalls, finally attempting an interaction after years of staying away. I showed up early. The service area is cramped and disorganized, the representatives rude. After four hours of waiting for my service, I was told they hadn't even started!!! They were just starting it when I told them I wasn't willing to wait any longer and was met with deflection and excuses, barely an apology, being told I needed to bare with them since it's hard to do recalls waiting. What? You're doing the same work *on my vehicle* regardless of where *I* am.. I took the car back and found the steering is now messed up from whatever they did. Luckily none of the recalls are 'important'.

crowley kia had my car for 1 1/2 weeks to replace the radio. no loaner available and they could have cared less. I made many phone calls with no return calls. let it ring at least 30 times for service dept. Lack of communication is terrible. this is my 2nd car from crowley and my last from them. i will never use their service dept either! Very disappointed. would never recommend them.
