This is an update for the (1) star review I originally left for my April 2023 visit to Crowley RV.Recap... I brought my RV to Crowley in April 2023 to fix the generator that would not start and to fix a non-working house air conditioner.I was charged a $201.43 fee for this diagnostic report:1) Unable to work on Generac RV generator as they are only approved to work Onan generators.2) They tried to turn on the AC, and the compressor would not start. They did not see any refrigerant leaks. They recommended that I replace the complete AC unit. Quote was $2100. I did not approve this repair.Basically I paid $201.43 and they did not diagnose anything. They let me pick up my RV in an unsafe condition as follows: 1) Stairs left in extended position. 2) Propane tank left open. 3) AC filter & interior grate were not reassembled. 4) They lost my 30 to 20 amp AC adapter.Today (June 16), I finally was able to review the two issues myself.1) Generator non-start issue, I found that the fuel supply line was kinked. I replaced the kinked section, and it is fixed. Note that this is not part of the Generac unit.2) AC compressor would not start. I replaced the thermostat, and it is fixed.Bottom line here is that I brought my RV to Crowley for repair. They charged me for a diagnostic report that did not diagnose anything. They sent me home with an unsafe RV. They lost my AC adapter and would not credit me $10 to replace it. Same as other reviews, l also received the "canned" response from the business manager asking me to call them to resolve the issues.I'm not a mechanic but, using elementary actions I was able to repair these issues for less than $30 and about 90 minutes. So much for trying to use a local business.Note to business manager: You should contact me to resolve these issues as I already called a few times on the day this happen.

I bought a used motorhome from Crowley at the beginning of the year. After being able to drive it for a while I found a vibration at 65 mph. I brought it there, was told it was the tires and was done. The vibration was still there so I brought it back again and they sent the driveshaft out to be repaired. I understand that the timing is out of hands right now but thought it would be fair if they extended my warranty for the time they've had it .(8 weeks so far). Victor the sales manager told me NO. Don't put yourself in the same position I'm in, go somewhere else!

You read terrible things about RV repair online but that was NOT my experience at Crowley. Ashley who is top notch with thoroughness and patient customer service through the technicians like Tim who explains things so you understand they took the time to make our experience go perfect. We had extensive suspension upgrades done to our 36' Adventurer and everything went well, we love the upgrades they help to suggest for us. My only complaint is that Ashley let it snow the day before we picked it up. Guess she just can't take care of everything!!!

My experience at Crowley RV Center was the WORST auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Western plow there for repair, as they advertise as a Western dealer. However, I was told that it would cost approximately $300 to diagnose the problem at a rate of $150/hr. I was charged over $400 only to be told that they could not figure out the problem and the parts that they would change, as a process of elimination, were unavailable. So essentially, I was charged $408.87 for absolutely NOTHING. No diagnosis, no repair, no definitive answers. I feel it is my duty to warn others so they too are not taken advantage of. Based on the dozens of bad reviews that I now have read, I assume I’ll receive an apology from Tony. However, the only thing I am interested in receiving at this point is a REFUND!

Took my Travato in for seat cover replacement under warranty. I was very happy with Mike Davey at service. He kept us in the loop with progress and help us to get the starter ground fixed at the RAM dealership.

When you go to this dealer ask for Will! He took his time with showing the cars to us in detail! And after we bought it he took his time explaining all the features to our new telluride! Thank you!

Absolute clowns. Went shopping for a Class B camper to replace my 4x4 Quigley. Sales guy Jim was a nice older gentlemen. Sit down with the finance guy and he takes a 15 minutes call right in front of me. My old man was ready to walk out, tbh. No follow-up at all, had to reach out myself a few days later to keep working my own deal. Was considering trading in my regular car as this smaller B van would be a daily driver. Got him all the information- super clean car, clean trade. Don't hear back from him for four days again have to call to keep the wheels turning on my own deal. Offers me over 10k less than clean trade on NADA...for real Carvana will cut me a check for 8k more than he quotes over the phone (interestingly enough the first number he quoted me was actually in the ballpark then he immediately changed it and went down by $10,000). Just get the impression these dudes think these units' sell themselves or they'll get way over MSRP at some cringey RV show. I'd look elsewhere; place was also pretty dumpy on the inside.

We bought our 2022 MicroMinnie 2100BH in February, 2022. It was a great deal and one of the only dealers within driving distance to us in Rhode Island.Due to poor install at the Winnebago factory, one of the wires frayed and melted onto the steel frame. Crowley RV technicians had to remove the underbelly of the trailer in order to rewire. This was all during the busy spring season getting everyone ready for summer travels.More recently, our Dometic refrigerator door handle cracked. I called Crowley RV for support and without being asked, they are advocating for us to have it replaced under warranty. It's a $60+ part so I truly appreciate the effort!Despite some unfortunate circumstances, Crowley RV has done their part to support our investment and I would highly recommend buying and servicing through them!

Came in for service and met with Ashley, throughout the process of my repairs and the time leading up to my appointment she was nothing but helpful with it all! She told me she was semi new and still learning the RV world but she exceeded my expectations. Any information she didn’t know she made sure to get it from the techs directly so that she knew she was giving me the correct information. Her customer service was definitely rated 5 stars and even though it’s a pretty far drive for me to come to Crowley, I will ONLY come to Crowley from here on out. She deserves some recognition from the managers/owners what a great asset to your treat Crowley!!

Very lucky I found this place! I was traveling on the road in my RV when the windshield wipers stopped working, intermittently coming to life when on a rough road. It was clearly an electrical issue, but wasn’t a fuse or loose wire I could locate. It also was pouring rain at the time, a miserable combination. After calling around I chanced on Crawley RV, which happened to be just 15 minutes away. They were great! They happened to have time to look at my rig, and in a couple of hours of waiting in their comfortable waiting area, they not only found and fixed the problem (sheared off ground wire at the wiper motor) but did a much needed oil change and inspection service at a reasonable rate.Lastly, I bought some random parts I needed, and they were considerably less expensive than Amazon. When I had difficulty changing some just-purchased wiper blades, three folks came out to help me, and one realized they’d given me the wrong part and replaced it with the correct one.All in all, they were prompt, competent, super nice, reasonably priced, and they got me back on the road quickly. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I tore the driver’s side windshield wiper blade on my Winnebago Forza Class A motorhome in the rain yesterday and it was near useless after it tore. Fortunately the rain nearly stopped and I was able to get to my schedule campground for the night without incident. I Googled “RV parts near me” and found Crowley RV nearby. The next morning I drove over in my towed vehicle and went downstairs to the parts department. Actually I was looking for the parts department after going down the stairs, when a nice young lady saw me walking around looking lost and carrying a used RV windshield wiper. She showed me where the parts department was and it turned out she, Ashley, was the parts person! I showed her my wiper and she came back in a few minutes with a proper replacement. I was prepared to pay “Dealer” pricing instead of Amazon pricing, but the $46.59 list price for one wiper seemed a bit much. At that price I was going to buy only the one wiper and order a pair from Amazon later, but she agreed to knock a few bucks off if I bought a pair. That sold me and, after a few minutes work at my RV, I have two brand-new wipers that fit properly and seem of good quality. When I was replacing the passenger side wiper, I saw that it was starting to tear and I was very glad I replaced it also.I was a manager for many years and I recognize good customer service when I get it. Ashley was friendly, articulate, competent and used good judgment in knocking off a few bucks to get me to buy two wipers instead of just one. I was so grateful for that when I saw the condition of my used passenger side wiper. If I was managing in the area, I would definitely try to hire Ashley. Her manager best recognize the gem he has in Ashley or someone else will steal her from him.

Highly recommend coming to Crowley for all your service needs on your motor home. Ashley was knowledgeable and efficient. My motorhome had to stay for a bit due to parts being on order and taking a couple weeks to come in not only did Ashley call me weekly to inform me on what was going on she even emailed me AFTER HOURS one Friday evening to update me because she forgot to call me. Now that is what you call good customer service!
