They don’t pick up the phone so you can check the status of your prescription. They have the option to give you a call back within 1 hour and they took almost 2 days after me calling them 4 times to get back to me. Inconvenient when people need there meds because of the pain they endure.

They never pick up the phone and when they do they hang up on you very disappointed we're not recommend to no one not even my worst enemy
