A 1 is a good number I didn't have the option of a zero. Asked a question at the pharmacy, one young girl turned her back on me and I guess the pleasant one came over very unprofessional. Won't go back!!!

The Worst experience ever. I initially called shortly after 8:00 a.m. my normal pharmacy was unable to fill my prescription. It was necessary for her to contact the original pharmacy. I gently tried to explain I was in a high risk category and needed medication as soon as it was available. She immediately seemed to have an attitude, " we just opened and are getting things together." I thanked her anyway. Needless to say , i never received a pick up call. I changed stores (Middle St.) With the help of my Dr.s nurse. Thought it was settled. They never put in order until i called a 2nd time. And after all that my daughter did a pick up at the North St. store by mistake! It took 8 hours to get my prescription! Seems they dont care about customer service. What a mess.

Terrible cashier attitude. She wasn’t even busy as I was the only one on the line. I asked her help with my CVS card as the system wasn’t recognizing any of my phone numbers. I’ve never felt so disgusted by someone’s behavior. If u don’t want to work then don’t come to work. I am not paying to deal with your nasty attitude. If the manager is reading this: the young woman’s name was Jira or Zeera. She’s a NASTY piece of work. Train your employees plz to better deal with customers.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. She took her time even though I made three separate transactions. The cashier made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. She answered my questions and advised me for photos I could use the CVS application if I wanted to as well if I didn’t want to do it at the kiosk in the store. I was happy to know I had options and that I could make my photo purchase/ selection from the comfort of my home.I’m happy I continue to get coupons because that’s what makes me keep coming back to CVS and shopping for more items.As a customer I am more than satisfied, I am sharing my wonderful experiences with others.

I scheduled an appointment for a covid vaccine booster with the CVS app. I received a reminder before the appointment that the vaccine was available. I drove far to get to this CVS! As soon as I got there the pharmacist said that the covid vaccine was NOT available! Despite the fact that the CVS app said that the vaccine was available at this location!!!!! It's a very unreliable CVS location and I wouldn't trust it for anything.

This place is unprofessional not just one person that works here but multiple. They are rude they don't like to do their job. They are lazy. I will never use this pharmacy again. I've been using CVS for many years, but this one I will never use again. They don't answer the phone. Even the physicians have issues getting through I was told. They don't notify you on any changes until you drive all the way there. They always put blame on the doctors when things aren't done or ready. DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy

I had a great experience at CVS on North Street in Bristol Ct. on Tuesday evening. Hannah waited on me and she was oh so very helpful which is rare these days. Hannah went and carried a bag of ice for me and she was also very helpful at the register. She was cheerful and extremely friendly. She definitely praise at the very least if not a raise for she is an asset to the store!

I can't even begin to say how rude and incompetent the entire pharmacy staff is here. The short haired woman with all the arm sleeve tattoos told me at the drive thru that my brothers prescription was not ready even though he had seen on their website the previous evening that it WAS IN FACT READY. This little incompetent tattoo enthusiast told me it was not even in their system. He is disabled and I had to come home and wake him up. He called, they told him it was ready and waiting, I drove out again and picked it up, not a word of explanation not even an apology. You will notice the only five star reviews on here are from "Local Guides" and the overwhelming majority of reviews from REAL CUSTOMERS are HORRIBLE, also mentioning the incompetence and rudeness of the staff here. AWFUL PLACE

Scheduled a rapid covid test at 3pm 5/9/22 . The technician came out didn’t ask my name or anything. Swabbed me at exactly 3:49pm by 3:53 pm I received a text that my results are ready and they were negative. First of all I know for a fact i am positive, and there’s no way in hell I would have negative test results and text in 4 mins! That technician was barely in the door!!! They switched my results with someone else! If you took a rapid test here around this time check yourself again!

Store is kept clean, the shelves are very organized. Friendly staff very helpful if you're looking for something Thier always willing to point you in the right direction.

If you have a choice, DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. Trying to get your prescriptions from this place is the biggest headache ever. One second I'm told they don't have the prescription and that I have to call the doctor to get it changed and then as soon as I get home, I get a text saying it's ready for pick up. Or I get charged for a prescription and I politely ask if that is correct because I was not informed I would be charged and instead of checking the insurance, they reply more sternly with the stated price. How terribly rude! You people need to work on your customer service or find a new job. Also don't waste your time trying to call this place to check on a prescription, you will be sitting on hold for a minimum 40mins to an hour before you even speak to someone. I don't like writing bad reviews for places but I've had ENOUGH of this CVS. I will be switching to a different one as soon as possible. Terrible people, terrible service.

Horrible and shameful excuse of a pharmacy. Completely rude and unprofessional and I’m disgusted about how my me and my fiancé were treated. If you need help this is NOT the pharmacy you want to go to!

Worst branch ever. The supervisor at the pharmacy is very rude. I called to complain they were suppose to call me back but no one did. It has been now more than 6 months
