Drivers dont care about much i had a driver deliver my package to my neighbor then came back to deliver my second package this time to my house but was on facetime while driving some of the other drivers just blast loud rap while the side door is open but some of the drivers are respectful and polite others just wont say anything to you at all or have earbuds in while driving or handing you a package plus today my wife had a $116 package that was supposed to come in the driver delivered my neighbors but my wifes is nowhere to be found

Every single delivery that has come from Bristol location has been delayed or not delivered. I wish we can choose which location it comes from. Wallingford, and orange are always on point… Bristol 10 times out of 10 will be an unexpected delay in transit! So annoying

A Centrally located delivery site. Last mile facility that processes customer orders from fc's for the drivers to deliver locally. Wonderful employees that work together to get the customer orders out on time.

This location hasn't delivered my Amazon packages since December 2024. I've complained to Amazon multiple times about this issue, but it seems like they don't care. Packages sent to the Wallingford location are delivered without a hitch, but those that go to the Bristol location disappear into a VOID—lost forever or magically returned to Amazon.

I just received my delivery today a day early wish was good But I wanted it delivered to my garage door and it wasn't it was left in front of my house and it was very heavy for me to lift. I was ver disappointed.

Says attempted to deliver and unable to get access to the front door. Really? I live on dead end road every vehicle is noticed, there was no attempt made. And then tells me to contact the carrier without giving me a way to contact them.

As soon as I know a package is going to this specific warehouse I know not to expect it for a week… even if I paid for 2 day shipping. Every other warehouse in CT is on time or even a day early. My latest packages were suppose to be delivered by Friday. It’s been in our for delivery for a few days and now it’s back at this warehouse lol. As soon as I said my package wasn’t here yet two of my friends said, “must be in Bristol” because we all have the same issues. I wish we could decide where our packages go to be delivered 😭

Great location. Unfortunately there are people that are too slow to understand how the basics of delivery works. Packages are dropped off on this location and if a package is damaged or missing, it has nothing to do with the location. From this location, drivers pick up the packages and bring them to your home. Ive had pckages from wallingford stay on hold for 2-3 days then i got a message that they couldnt find it so they sent me a refund. It sucks but thats just what happens sometimes. Its not that hard to understand.

Ordered 2 day shipping for computer parts to now having my package sitting at this location for over a week now. They put it out for delivery, then arriving late, to now the package was damaged. So now waiting in refund to process so I can order off Best Buy. Love Amazon but unfortunately this location is trash.
