Very poor customer service, when arrive the young lady in register was very rude and impolite , I ended picking up my own order since they didn’t deliver it and they deny me my delivery charge back and made wait to just say so. The question why would continue accepting orders and treating everyone poorly , if you don’t have the staff or capacity to meet your clients expectations. Used to order from the every time but not anymore, they need new staff starting with the lady at register she’s really bad for business , no matter under how much pressure you can be you never treat customer like that, please save yourself a headache and DO NOT order anything from this place!

What a trash store. Item showed up a day late, wo any notification, completely melted and looked like it had been tossed around. The driver could have cared less….didnt even realize where he was delivering. Since I can’t reply to your response, how about a refund? How about some information from the store about why it was late, damages etc!?

I would also like to thank your Designer, Watik, for also providing me with outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, so kind, and didn’t hesitate to meet my needs. My arrangement was beautiful and delicious, however, the Indian delivery man was stressed out, anxious and abrasive. The last thing a woman wants is someone ringing their doorbell incessantly and banging at the door..... It's frightening. I didn't even want to go to the door until I looked through my camera. Not only that, he needs to realize that people aren't just sitting around waiting for someone to come to the door They may need time to get there.
I told the sender not to use this store ever again This was the second time the delivery scared me to death.
This should be a pleasant experience not an abrasive one.

Imagine paying almost $80 to not get what you want and then not being allowed refund and this isn’t the first time!!! If a customer Picks a certainnitem and you can’t fulfill it would be nice to receive a damn call !!

Every time I order from here they are so sweet and kind. I love everyone that works here. They even gave me a free sample. The flowers that came with my order are beautiful as well.

This place is horrible. I received flowers and chocolate covered strawberries which were bad. Melted hot strawberries and dead flowers. I called and complained they said they will send me new ones and I had to give the first order back. I received the new flowers and strawberries today. My husband paid almost $100 for this for our anniversary. the Strawberries were again soft, the chocolate disgusting. The new flowers were carnations!!! with some yellow roses and baby roses. For that amount you should not give customers carnations. Never again will he order from here. Horrible experience. The first flowers were actually better than the ones I got today.

Lisa is the best! She was extremely helpful, attentive, and focused on assisting me with my order. She was so friendly and followed up with a phone call. I really appreciate all of her and the delivery driver’s (you are amazing too!) help. The arrangement looked so good and the birthday balloon added the perfect touch. 10/10 recommend with this service. Thank you both!
