I went in hesitant on the service after reading the reviews. I had a wonderful experience. A blonde lady helped me ship out my package and it took no time! She was courteous and efficient.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My packages are always late, I can't get through to a representative, and now I'm pretty sure my package is lost, because it's been a week and it hasn't moved.

Convient drop-off location. No hardcopy receipt for packages with pre-printed FedEx labels. Imeadiate lectronic confirmation of drop-off received.

This location is terrible. If you’re here for FedEx, expect to be ignored until they finish with their regular store customers. They only accept shipments with prepaid labels, so don’t expect any real service or convenience. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual FedEx store instead.

You have to buy any packaging supplies you might need- even if you bring your item in the bag it came in, they won’t even tape the label on for you. They make you buy an entire roll of tape. What is the point? They have you running in circles around the store to buy a box, go to the cash register to buy it, back to the fed ex station, go back to buy the tape. There’s nothing convenient about this. Save the time and go to an actual fed ex.

It's inside walgreens. You can drop off your packages here as long as they have the label on them. I'm not sure if you can purchase a label here though.
