Just wanted to send a special shout out to the guys at the Bristol location. I recently brought my car in for some slight warping of rotors. They had done my brakes over 16 months ago which is well past the 12 month warranty offered. I was blown away when they said they were going to honor it anyway. I couldn’t be happier having my vehicle serviced there for anything. Please don’t hesitate to call on them. Class acts. All of them. Integrity and honesty. Can’t ask for more!! Thanks again guys!

Go for my oil change and tire maintenance. They are very upfront and honest and won't pressure you to get service unless they know it would be damaging or dangerous if you don't. Decent lobby to wait in for car repairs to finish

My car had a dead battery that AAA jumpstarted but could not replace. I drove into Firestone and they were able to take me immediately and find a battery replacement. Easy peasy!

What do you do when your dash board lights up like the fireworks on the Fourth of July?
You pray to GOD that you can make it to the Firestone on Farmington Ave in Bristol, CT before all of the pops and explosions start. That’s what happened to my Honda last week, every light on the dashboard was blinking and flashing. After a day of analysis, it turned out that there was a breathing hose with a hole in it and then a computer chip that needed to be replaced along with it.
I didn’t know whether to hold my breath or hold my ankles as this was surely going to cost thousands and thousands. The car is a 2016 and had $258k miles, and most of all I don’t have the money or the life expectancy to buy a new car.
Then came the call this morning. It was like finding out I won the billion dollar lottery. Everything is fixed and it’s all for under $400. Yes, ALL for under $400. Happy New Year, Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday all in one visit!

No I don’t work at Firestone nor am I related to anyone at Firestone. I DO however value and appreciate being treated like family by each and every person at this store.

Was there for several hours for an oil change with an appointment scheduled. Appointment time came and went and my car was still not touched and no one ever said a word. I understand repairs can take longer than expected and things get backed up but no one even said they were running behind or anything. They also quoted me for over $1k in repairs that are unneeded. I got my car checked by a trusted mechanic who load tested my battery (they said it needed replaced) and the battery is fine. Ball joints and alignment service. Both are fine and passed inspection in the state my car is registered to. Will never be back to Firestone even for something as simple as an oil change.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! Went in to get a nail taken out of my tire on 11/27/2024. They tried to say my breaks were grinding to which a disagreed. Other than a slight squeak I have had no problems with my breaks! I LEFT DROVE DOWN THE STREET AND NOW HEAR THE LOUDEST GRINDING I EVER HEARD. These people intentionally screwed up my breaks on a routine tire fix. I’m not saying every Firestone is like this but please don’t turn a 20$ problem into a 900. I now have to go to a different dealer to have my breaks fixed CRAZY!

Bristol’s Firestone Service Center is a place I trust for both tires and auto service. The prices are reasonable and the staff always fully explain everything to me.

I walked in yesterday with a flat tire and walked out an hour later with my tire fixed. They did not question the luxury of my car. They took my keys and fixed my problem. I appreciate them so much because I had my kids with a flat tire, 25 minutes from home. Hands-down, the best Firestone experience I have ever had.

These guys are great. Came in for an issue with my lug nuts. They said they didn't know if they could fix the issue, but they were able to fix the issue and sent me on my way. They got the job done fast and were very good about the communication on what they were trying to do as well.
