They have nice things available but checkout ruins the experience. We have like 10 useless checkout registers because only one employee is allowed to ring customers. Then you get asked an off putting survey in the middle of the transaction. There needs to be a more reasonable checkout process.

The store is very clean and organized. All of the employees are helpful and say hello with a smile. Clean and organized with a good selection of items and employees who are friendly and kind gets five stars from me.

I was at 5 Below in Bristol! The staff is beyond amazing, they helped me count both carts full of Christmas presents for my children and they helped me bag and put them in my car! I give them a 10/10!! Thank you so much ladies you were the best!

I will say I am happy this place is in Bristol. I have found great things here such as my favorite candy jolly ranchers blueberry and watermelon sold as singles 10 pieces fir a $1 and of course my stylus pens and such
