This place is absolutely amazing at what they do. I go to Twee every time and she doesn’t disappoint. I recommend this place to anyone in or around the Bristol area looking for a good nail salon. You can see in the picture what I showed her and what I got they are almost identical

Absolutely horrible. Always pushing more things on you and stand around at the end to make sure you tip them and I guess $10 for a tip on nail fill isnt enough because she took the money and threw it on the table. Never again!

Went in today for pedicure and eyebrow trimming. The pedicure was very badly done. I requested for french gel and looked a mess. Cuticles look awful. The polish started to peel as soon as I got home. The eyebrow was perfect. Thank you Yen! I wont be going back though.

I came here 2 days ago asked for pedicure he was very rough secondly I asked for white toes and they are horrible the nail polish he used it was like it was old. I told him square shape nowhere what I asked for the nail polish already chipped off never again and my big toe is getting an infection!

My nails are trash. Full set acrylic with black French tips. My daughter got the same done with a different nail tech and they were gorgeous. The guy who did mine had hands that were visibly shaking the entire time and ignored every concern I brought up. That led to the tips being glued on crooked, being able to see through the black tips, uneven paint on the tips, and a set of nails that I can't even get fixed bc they are so crooked. Just really disappointed. I should have trusted my gut and got up when he wouldn't fix the crooked tips right at the beginning. He told me he would fix it when he put the acrylic on....which didn't even make sense when he said it but he's suppose to be the professional. Smh, I spent $150 on my daughter and myself and now I have spend more money having someone else fix them. I certainly won't go back.

Went inside for a pedicure but saw that for mani and pedi together they charge $47 total, plus $13 with Gel color so that’s $60 right? That’s cheap so I decided to do both. When I sat down I wanted to confirm that the price was $60 firm. NOPE. Price changed to $73 then when it was time to pay it went up again to $77. Decided to pay cash asked for a receipt and the lady told me that because I paid cash I get no receipt.

I’ve been going for years to why acrylics never had a complaint. I had prom this weekend and decided to get a pedicure. The lady cut all my cuticles on my big toes and I now have an infection
