“We walked in. We were greeted by a salesman once we told him what we were there for, and showed him on our phone that it was in stock. The gentleman proceeded to pull it up on his iPad and said they do not have one in the store, my boyfriend and I walked the store. We found the table. We were fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesman, William Reed, who helped us participate table in a picture that we wanted. please make sure to give William Reed a shout out for being so patient and helpful with our sale”

“My wife and I went to Raymour & Flanigan in Avon (CT) to "test-drive" an Avocado mattress, as the chain is the only local place to afford that opportunity. First of all, the showroom was beautiful. Our salesman, Bob, was informative and engaging. And, we were respectfully given space to discuss our options and make a decision. We ultimately decided to purchase the pillow-top model, which was delivered within 24 hours of the purchase. Our first night on the new mattress was good overall. The fact that we have four months to adequately evaluate the purchase is even better. So far, so good. Thank you!”
“I had a great experience Hussain as a representative the couch was in great condition. My only concern was that the center console did not work and they did not want to discount it. They wanted to sell it for the same price it would cost if it actually worked. If this is a scratch and dent section why not get rid of the item that does not work? I feel like that should’ve easily been discontinued to keep the customer happy as it was with the sectional that we purchased. No one was coming back to buy a broken center console.”

“My wife took a small stained glass suncatcher to Stella today to have the chain resoldered. Cindy said Stella is an amazing craftswoman and she could have sat there all afternoon discussing Stella's family and the history of the area. “Antiques on the Farmington is a fantastic place with excellent customer service. “My experience at my local Joanne Fabrics is more than 5 stars. However, I write today to express my sincere dissatisfaction over what I read that Joann Fabrics will be closing all ten stores in CT. What ??!! Where are we supposed to buy fabric now ? No, not on the internet. I purchased some sewing machine needles yesterday. In the future where would I purchase them quickly ? I would rather see Joanne Fabric open a few smaller stores in CT but we certainly do not need ten of them. Come on corporate - this is simple math. Downsize some and profit margins should increase for you. I don't know who will read this but probably not the decision makers of this great store.”

“The amount of items in this location are quite indulging, I brought my hoes here last week and the huzz were delighted by the fond environment surrounding them, except for the ominous presence emitting from the backroom. And a stranflge oder of horse (thoroughbred american saddler) unrine? Seemed a little off in this type of establishment. I would not bring my dog here he said he wouldnt like it.

“I enjoy shopping here especially in the clearance racks.They have really unique snacks and I'm always looking for funky flavored ones. On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor.I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol.Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.”

“We went to Dusty Dude with a simple vision of a kitchen island on wheels that would hide the garbage and recycle cans. Through Eric’s amazing ideas and skilled workmanship, we got so much more. He also included a large drawer, and a cabinet. Much to my surprise, it matches our existing kitchen cabinets (and hardware) PERFECTLY and looks like it’s always been there! We highly recommend this company for high quality work and attention to detail!”
