Stop at this place to get some stuff got my stuff and stop at the bathroom the bathroom wasn't clean at all but what got me mad all the soap disposal things are broken one of the employees walk in I ask him why is everything broken in here he say was broken for a while I did mention this to the lady at register that bathroom need attention no soap and I don't think she say anything to hire up
That's how we getting sick so many nasty people including in the billion company like home depo

There is never anyone to help when you need help... I went to buy some tones all dirty and a young girl dressed as an Xfinity promotion appeared to ask if I needed help... all because of my appearance ??

I like this home depot for the organization, cleanliness, but I continue to insist that the customer service and attention is very low, the workers are not interested in serving you, and on the other hand I wanted to buy a sander that had an offer price and when I wanted Paying the price was another matter, I asked for help, the person made me return to the place and saw the price and told me that it was no longer valid, but the price paper was still there, and he told me I would like to take it at the normal price or you left

Bought heavy item and it came from this location damaged. Requested through the online services a refund / discount with images of damage. They agreed and then declined because it was delivered from this Home Depot. I contact the Home Depot and they said I had to bring it in for them to see. What a crazy ask when obviously had it delivered for a reason. At that point I would get a new one instead, but can’t! Also The fact Home Depot online and the stores don’t work in sync is annoying.
