She's a ((keeper )) She explained to me everything that I needed and did not make the process difficult at all. I will definitely be back on the days she's working. I had to leave a review because I was truly blown away by the customer service at this store. In June I moved into a new house with a pool and was completely clueless but determined to figure it out. Three different pool companies came out to help but no one guided me as well as Ricky at Leslie's. He is dedicated to making his customers' pools safe and beautiful. Whether in person or on the phone, I felt like I was in good hands and more importantly he got my pool perfect after lots of little and big issues. Each time I was in the store I saw the same dedication and friendliness toward every customer. This is how I imagine businesses used to be run--true care and concern for the person and the product and getting it right. I could go on and on! I ♡ Leslie's!!

Ricky was very helpful with advice to get rid of a paint smell in the pool. The staff at this location is always helpful with water testing and chemicals needed, and the store is well stocked with inventory.
