These guys misdiagnosed TAILLIGHTS. Yes you are reading that right.
Here’s the story!
Both tail lights were out so I brought my car in to have them replaced. They said it would cost 173$ because the LED module needed to be replaced (part number 84960SG000) . I knew that sounded outrageously high for tail lights so I told them no. Something seemed off. I ended up ordering the part number online for 93$ that they gave me and replaced them myself . Tail lights still didn’t work! So I went down to a local auto parts store and bought the tail light bulbs for 7.99$ . Replaced them myself . My tail lights work. I was flabbergasted. If these guys can’t correctly diagnose tail lights I don’t trust them to diagnose anything else

This shop is great Sam and Gervais were a big help in helping me understand what was going on with my vehicle and they do emissions testing! Highly recommend!

Watch out for this place. Tried to get a CT emissions test done here. They demanded all of my personal information to "check me in". It is not a requirement to provide any information to get your vehicle tested. You are only required to provide you vehicle key and $20. This is highly unethical to institute requirements over and above what is required by the state of CT. If they do this it makes me wonder how ethical their diagnostics/repairs are.

The Midas staff was most efficient, knowledgeable, and Professional.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs an oil change, brakes, or any other maintenance.
You don't find car repair places like this Midas store on 33 Farmington Ave., Bristol.

I call 15 minutes before 5pm for emissions Tests they telling me if I arrived before 5 they give me the service, I was in rush but they was polite and nice ?

stopped at midas for emission testing... it was great!!! they are open M-F 8-5 and Saturday 8-1... took only 7mins from check in to check out. loved it!!

First time using this Bristol Midas location for my emissions testing. They were great, in and out within 15 minutes. I definitely would recommend.

I was at an appointment in Bristol and noticed I had a nail in my tire. I went to Midas because it was closest and they took me in right away and were able to patch up my tire. Great customer service here as well, very happy I stopped here!
