Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to get to the window and be told that the prescription that was called in yesterday wasn't ready yet (it's 1130am). I was told it'd be "expedited" (20min) so I looped back around to the beginning of the drive thru line where I waited another 30 minutes. Only one car cleared the window in that time. Had to leave to go to work and never got my medications. Soon as I left I received a text that my prescription was ready.

I'm glad this CVS was built! Replacing the unsightly Jiffy Lube and old strip mall, this CVS Pharmacy is built brand new from the ground up, allowing them to make the store perfectly sized and organized as intended. Beautiful! There's a GIANT (I'm unsure who they're expecting to come to the CVS to be honest because it's huge) parking lot around the location and a spcious pharmacy drive through, too. As you walk in, it looks like a CVS should. Pharmacy straight to the back, makeup to one side, registers to the other, photo just beyond the registers, then moves to snacks then stationery. I truly enjoy they have the traditional layout down right. It's still nice and clean in this location like it were new. The ceilings are super high, making you feel you're in a really big place. They have a great clearance area, which is one of my favorite reasons for frequenting this CVS. They also always have my favorite deodorant spray, Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua, in stock. I do wish they had a better selection of mens and vegan haircare products. I've been struggling to find a good hair glue any time I visit this location. I also wish they had a better nail care section- like with more nail care tools than just polish. This CVS is usually low staffed, and it often takes a minute to get a cashier up to the register. The staff is friendly, though. The last thing that would make the CVS better was if it were open 24 hours. There are no longer any 24 hour stores besides Sonoco/Fast Freddies on this side of town. If they made this a 24 hour location, it would be a great community service.

The staff in this CVS are RUDE. No customer service. The staff at the pharmacy made it clear answering my question was a huge inconvenience. The store was not busy and the same staff treated the next customer with the same level of annoyance. Apparently at CVS on North Street talking down to your customers is the how they are trained based on the other reviews I see here. If you need to use CVS drive the extra 2 miles down Farmington Ave where the staff treats there customers like fellow human beings.

If your a couponer you have to come to this CVS! I've been to every CVS in the area and this is by far the best one. The cashiers are super friendly and management is always helpful. They always address issues immediately and never give me a hard time. I have to acknowledge them for their patience mostly. Its a beautiful store and the red box machine is always working. I go here multiple times a week and also use the pharmacy for my mom. Be sure to download the app! You get extra bucks for filling scripts and can check out on the app before you even get there. Pretty cool and convenient.

These people have screwed up my prescriptions so many times I am no longer going to use them even through they are very close to my house. I had a prescription partially filled because they did not have enough. They said come back in a couple days for the rest. Instead they refilled a whole supply leaving me down one refill. They say it does not matter because they keep track of the number of pills you have left, not the number of refills indicated on the bottle. I'm sure this will become another muddle and fight with them and the insurance company. My brother who is disabled stayed up all night worrying they would make him pay for his pills because they shorted him by 2/3. The bottle said 180 of his BP medicine in fact it was only 60, a one month supply not three. Again, they say it's the number of pills left. Plus the pharmacist was brusque and rude and walked away from him without excusing herself while he was explaining the issue. He called her on it and she snapped at him that she had to go to the computer. Really? You don't have a second to listen and assure him you will fix it, just walk away? Another problem in the pipeline with this prescription I am sure. RUDE, INCOMPETENT, UNPLEASANT PEOPLE!!!! SO GOODBYE, CVS!!!

Horrible pharmacy! I've noticed that the majority of CVS pharmacies in CT have major problems and clueless staff. They never have my medication in stock and have to order it with no guarantee that it will even arrive or not. The staff is extremely rude, they put you you hold forever and then hang up on you! After such awful experiences with CVS, I'm going to look for a new pharmacy that actually knows what they are doing from now on.
