“I have been using Beacon because my mom gets her prescriptions filled there and I am helping her at this time. Whenever there has been issues with getting them refilled, the staff has gone above and beyond to call me and let me know the status. It is very helpful during this time and they are always polite at the drive through. Southington location.”

Now I usually talk to George and Pauline (I think I’m sorry) and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. They also go above and beyond. The staff are always very sweet and answer any questions and my scripts are always filled in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else. They truly are amazing.”

“Turned out to be very good. Thought their version of the meds would be different and I'd experience problems. Instead, after a week or so, no difference from previous pharmacy. Customer service very good if not excellent. Only drawback is that they are not 24/7 like my previous pharmacy.”

She answered my questions and advised me for photos I could use the CVS application if I wanted to as well if I didn’t want to do it at the kiosk in the store. I was happy to know I had options and that I could make my photo purchase/ selection from the comfort of my home.
I’m happy I continue to get coupons because that’s what makes me keep coming back to CVS and shopping for more items.

Pharmacy hours are kind of in flux due to staffing issues. Closed after 4 or 5. Closed weekends. Difficult to deal with for me.”
