Hard ZERO STARS
They came to install a washer and dryer for my upstairs neighbors.
1. The rent a center workers disconnected MY own washer and dryer to install the neighbors , when the neighbors have their own hook up ports.
2. They put the wet, clean clothes on the floor of the basement THAT WERE INSIDE MY OWN WASHER, while they moved my washer they broke something inside of the wash.
3. While moving my dryer out of place they broke the air vent to my dryer.
4. Then stole my washer hose- connecting it to the neighbors because the workers never brought the new hose for the new washer.
5. Left my appliances in the middle of the basement in disarray!!!
6. Told us we can pay 5 bucks and they will give us a new dryer vent!?
They claim their workers wouldn’t do such a thing but yet HERE WE ARE!
