I always have an amazing experience with Rachael!!! She is very professional and interacts with me throughout my haircut. She always gives me a great haircut every visit. I recommend getting the cold towel with your MVP experience especially on a hot day.

My 2 year old went in for a haircut with Rachel. It was the WORST experience we have ever had. She was extremely rude, it makes me wonder why she’s even allowed to cut children’s hair. She made rude comments throughout the haircut. “You’re fine” “relax” “do you want your hand cut off? Then move your hands” He was terrified of her. Mind you he’s gotten his haircut plenty of times, super cuts was so patient with him. Huge mistake on our part for trying a new place. If you have a child don’t bring them to this location! Side note the haircut was cute. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one.
