The staff is always super friendly. We bought some vapes recently and a few days later found out that one of them was empty when we bought it. Took it back to see what they could do. The answer was too bad, tough luck, nothing we can do. So the staff is great but the company just wants your money.

Really nice atmosphere and staff. Clean store. Everything priced/displayed correctly. Quality budtender interaction all three times I've been there. Speedy service, zero complaints.

This dispensary used to offer excellent staff support and customer service, but it now appears to suffer from high turnover. According to other industry sources, this is likely due to below-average wages compared to other marijuana dispensaries in the area. The staff often seem overworked and dissatisfied, which has led to a noticeable decline in the overall atmosphere. What was once a welcoming environment now feels clinical and uninspired. While this dispensary was once the only option, there are now much better alternatives available. I prefer to spend my money at the newer dispensaries that provide a more positive experience, rather than what has essentially become the "Walmart" of dispensaries.

UPDATE: Dispensary is aware of their website having issues, they just choose to do nothing about it. No compensation or notification about the bug. Which is a big F U to your customers.
EDIT: Website bug upon checking out. The prices on site changed after pressing "Place Order." Unless fixed, it can be misinterpreted as a 'bait & switch'
Staff was nice and good at answering my questions. I just give it an okay due to too many mix ups with my orders. Last order I left extremely disappointed, I was given a disgusting vape battery color. Apparently you cannot pick the color of your vape battery when you pre-order. Had I known this I would have gone in person.

Every one is so kind and very respectful toward me and other people entering there store always .I love the wheel to spine to save on your order aswell and the 10% on your order also .And i love free samples they have sometimes in store waiting area .I try stoping every few weeks to buy gifts for friends and family .
