I used to really enjoy this location. But lately, they have been pushing the credit card too aggressively. Every time I shop, there is one worker who always approaches me by the purses and asks if I have the card. When I politely decline, she rolls her eyes and just walks away without saying anything. This has happened with the same worker more than a handful of times now and it makes me very uncomfortable. I was asked again at the register, I mentioned to the cashier I just purchased a home and working on paying my debts off, response was “what does that have to do with it?”. I get you have certain targets but please take no for an answer as it’s ruining customers shopping experiences now. I avoid this location now when I can.

They don’t seem to like people of color here. They all go in their earpieces and talk about us while we shop, following me and my family around closely. I’ve noticed this many times and according to other reviews it is not just me. This store needs to properly train specifically their white workers to not profile every POC that walks in. Few employees are nice though, conveniently poc workers.

Organized yet under stocked and associates actively stocking with merch bins/carts on the floor make it difficult to navigate. But the biggest issue was the bathroom. Having to take my three year old into a room where the smell of piss is choking you and the floor is covered in toilet paper.. Horrendous.

Very poor service I found a bag with a yellow tag for sale come in to check out they tell me it’s not on sale it was a mistake. Was so disappointed because of their mistake that they didn’t want to assume I couldn’t have that bag ?
