The service is crap let’s just say that. I’ve lost bank cards, I’ve received packages that aren’t mine (from a completely different area of Bristol) and it’s a hit or miss that I’ll receive the packages I’ve ordered. The incompetence and inability of this post office speaks volumes. Not to mention that if you need real help over the phone you get stuck with an ai bot. How’s that supposed to help those that are unable to go physically to the post office. It gets a one star because I had to put something but in my opinion this specific office rates -5 stars because it’s always something.

This review should be MINUS 5 STARS for all the pathetic disgusting mistakes over the years. Way way too many mistakes. Today they accidentally scanned 5 PACKAGES as delivered ...to their own USPS PO BOX??? SUPERVISOR said it would be fixed and IT NEVER WAS!!! I NEVER GOT THE 5 NEW TRACKING NUMBERS I PAID FOR.
Beyond disgusting were a few clueless idiots smirking at that mistake.
They really should shut this place down.

I need my TikTok packages left at my mailbox. My house is a quarter of a mile away from my mailbox! The mailman left an orange envelope saying my packages needs signatures, but my property is too far from my mailbox. LEAVE ALL PACKAGES AT MY MAILBOX. I SHOULD OF RECEIVED MY PACKAGES A MONTH AGO. I STILL DONT HAVE THEM!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I am not happy they lost very important package of mine. It was my late dog's ashes that can never be replaced. And they have no idea where the packages. They tried to deliver on the 8th as soon as I found out that I immediately went and did a redelivery for the 9th. Never showed up no slip in my mailbox and they tried to be delivered. This is a package that can never be replaced. And they are not helping very much at all. I'm very unhappy with the Bristol Post Office.

Never had a problem, anytime I've had questions the staff would do what they could to help. Been going to this place for several years now, no complaints.

Slow customer service, and now with construction there's nowhere to even park since the employees need the lot. On top of that, they're very spotty with package pickup. My wife and I tried a pickup request for three straight days and the mailman never came, but they'll "confirm" the packages were picked up. Overall a giant mess and they need new leadership.

Showed up for our passport appointment, and made us wait 40 minutes for a clerk that was never coming. Lied about having called us (we checked with the phone carrier) and we will be rescheduling with another post office. Very frustrated.

When I walked in there was no one in line but i still had to wait because the front desk lady was sitting on her phone and didn’t realize i was in front of her. Once she realized I was there, she seemed annoyed to help me by doing her job and rolled her eyes at me. Very poor customer service skills in this location

I went here to cash a USPS money order and was told to come back later in the afternoon as they can only cash a money order if they have enough cash in the till. Quite confusing as last I checked there are no postings stating money orders are to be cashed during certain business hours only. A money order from here can only be cashed here leaving that much more limited availability to be able to cash elsewhere. Huge inconvenience just saying. Then I tried to call to confirm if all set in the afternoon and I can't get through to a person as all prompt options are irrelevant

Today we visited this location,and one of the clerks had the worst customer service. Instead of helping ,kept sending us out of line..I understand the holidays are hectic,but you still need to have good customer service.
