“I have had a horrific time dealing with FYE Corporate trying to get general answers about my Backstage Pass PLATINUM membership -- and more specifically how to use my BSP PLATINUM membership when buying online. FYE Corporate is a disaster at Customer Service: providing incorrect information, having no clue, giving me the run-around, and simply not responding to my customer service inquiries. You could say FYE Corporate is a train wreck, 50 car pile up, major airline disaster, and a dumpster fire all wrapped up into one. Frustrated with FYE Corporate's complete incompetence and lack of caring, I contacted Andy the Store Manager at FYE Meriden and explained my situation with Corporate to him. Andy was understanding, sympathetic, apologetic, and caring. He took the time and effort to research my BSP PLATINUM membership questions and ultimately provided all of the answers I needed to proceed with my FYE shopping using my BSP PLATINUM membership online or in store. Andy was extremely patient, very friendly and customer service oriented, and kept pushing until he got the answers I needed with complete follow through on my inquiry -- and this again, in light of FYE Corporate's complete failure here. “Overall this particular location had what I went in there for. Just a little surprised at the lackluster performance of one employe. Not too crazy about self checkout either. Nobody was at the registers whatsoever. Please check out registers are less than ten feet from the front door. Very easily for somebody just to walk out with many items. Unless someone is at the regular registers to watch.”
