Great service, Photo quality very good considering the images came from a phone. Definitely will continue to use the online service! Just a different location. The Walgreens employee is very knowledgeable but I felt like I was bothering them.

Came to this Walgreens after CVS botched some photos I had printed. Patricia helped me get the right photos and they came out great. She cheered me up and helped me out a ton!

Poor service. Went to pick up my prescriptions on Saturday and the pharmacy was closed. I picked up some cough syrup and cough drops, when I get to the register the clerk says they are only accepting cash. So I only have $7 in my pocket and I have to forgo the much needed cough syrup and so I get the cough drops. That Walgreens used to be good buy over the past year or so it has been horrible service. I'm switching pharmacies on Monday after I get my prescription I went to get on Saturday. Walgreens needs to get their s*** together or they will be losing way more business. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice the down hill spiral of this poor excuse for a business. Very poor customer service.

The pharmacy is having numerous problems. No pharmacist at times and the system down so you cannot get your prescriptions. Very dangerous for some people who need their meds

It was a bittersweet goodbye as I ended my 12 year relationship with this Walgreens pharmacy yesterday. Catalyzed by the treatment I received over the phone by a pharmacy tech who was irked by the fact I wanted to follow my doctor's recommendation to start taking a new dose of my medication. After a day of it not being filled, I called to inquire on the status of the prescription. I was told that "they didn't have it in stock and to not expect it until tomorrow after 3 pm". When I asked if they could transfer the new rx to the other Walgreens- just as they regularly do to me for other prescriptions- the woman grew incredibly volatile with me, and scolded me that it was a "narcotic" and to not bother them again until 3 pm the next day. I called my physician to ask them what my course of action should be since I was denied my prescription, yet again. Prescriptions not being in stock at this Walgreens and making me wait days to over a week started becoming an alarming new "normal". I've always been polite and cooperative regarding this Walgreens' problems. I did not deserve to be yelled at like some drug seeker because I tried to find out what was going on with my prescription that was delayed several times. My physician called this Walgreens, and was told that yes, the medication was in fact in stock, and that all was ok and I could pick it up. So, how come it wasn't available until *after* 3 pm the NEXT day for me, but was in stock and ready to fill when the doctor called? Was the prescription my physician faxed over not good enough? With the differing results, I had it with Walgreens. I've only been really patient and super kind with this extremely large pharmacy that never seems to have prescriptions in stock, and I've only been met with apprehension, curtness, and rudeness. My doctor's office was so extremely understanding. They, too, were put off by this pharmacy's antics and how they both lied to me and talked down to me like I was such a bother. My doctor's office then helped me transfer everything over to Beacon Pharmacy- our small-town pharmacy. Within 30 minutes, my prescription was ready. A few hours later, at my convenience, I drove down and got it. Everyone at Beacon was super kind, and no one talked down to me for having questions. I stayed with this Walgreens so long because I didn't realize there was a better way I could be treated as a patient. I thought pharmacists and pharmacy techs were short and rude to all- because that's all I've ever seen from the Walgreens staff. I wish I switched 10 years ago.

Very incompetent pharmacy. A box of rocks may be smarter than the pharmacy manager. She showed no sign of being competent, and certainly needs to brush up on her customer service skills.GUESS WHAT??? We have choices!! Called my Dr, and told them NEVER to sent a script there again. Cant process insurance claims or call in scripts correctly. took me 3 days to get a prescription from these people, which they found very funny. Keep laughing folks, until you dont have a job.

Horrible...long wait. They said my RX was not there & that another one "couldn't be filled because the Dr wrote the directions wrong." I KNEW my one script was there but "since it wasn't in the computer" the lady actually refused to look in the bins behind her!! I had dropped them off at 1 PM(when they could have got the wording correct on my RX-from my Dr) but since I went back at 5 they were closed. I called my Dr the next day (Fri-thank God it wasn't a weekend) & guess what, the RX was there. I will NEVER go back there.
