Webster bank services are declining. Branches are closing, less ATMs and won’t even accept loose change anymore. Tellers are like robots. Very disappointed 20+ year customer.

Got an account here thinking it would be a good idea. But I keep having negative experiences and if I need any documents the 800# and local branch will only mail them not email. It seems so behind in the times. When I called the local branch I felt like I was imposing on the operators time and she actually hung up on me while I was still asking a question. Starting to think this might not be the right bank for me😕.

Kendrick, one of the assistant mgrs helped me out with a lengthy transaction. He was patient and knowledgeable.

I had a Webster bank check for 11k and they wasn’t able to cash it do to the amount Stephanie is the clerk who helped me she was nice but still couldn’t help me properly I’m pretty sure they should be able to cash the check for me that’s why I will never have Webster as a bank they make lives worse then helping others they don’t stand for there customer at all

Very few times have I been swept off my feet by personality, however, when i went to see my banker Kenrick to close my accounts i felt as if i was speaking to someone who finally understood my situation. I am from Chicago, where there are no branches, yet my stint in Bristol lingers through Webster Bank. the accounts I closed went through without a hitch and i left assured that I can get the last of my payouts from this city. Back in Chicago I still live with the money I earned here still paying out in almost every facet of my now married life. The charm of Mr. Deonarine and the pen he lent me still writes the notes I write to myself—showing that even as a door closes our new path is shaped by the roads travelled. Along with the complementary green lollipop, and his relatable stories of NYC, I still keep the carbon copy of my last memories of Bristol and Webster as a memento of something that is still dear to my heart.

I go to a lot of websters for my business and this is by far the worst one. No greeting when you walk in. Takes ten minutes to be acknowledged even when no ones in line. Seems like this location needs new leadership. 6 months ago this was my favorite location but it's gone way down hill.

My dad came here to activate his debit card as he was having issues. A gentleman by the name of PATRICK was super nice to him, extremely patient and very understanding. He made the call for him, helped him at the ATM to make sure his card worked and also made sure his pin # was correct.My dad is not tech-savvy at all and gets nervous around things that have to electronics and pin numbers, etc. So Patrick was extremely helpful and I just want to give kudos to him!! I was at work when my dad needed help--and this helped me out as well. So thank you so much patrick!! :)

Disgusting how they conduct business. Opened an account, deposited a check on Dec. 12th & still unable to access my funds. They said hold for "new accounts" are up to 3 days instead of 2... then they changed it to "9 days". I have gone to the location at least 4x & WeHa (where I opened acct & they keep sending me to) & am on the phone woth them daily. 2+ weeks waiting for my check to be available. Nobody knows anything & they are holding my money hostage.

This Webster Branch is the absolute worst!!! The tellers that work here have 3 speeds… Slow, Slower, and Backwards. It seems like a competition amongst them as to who can work the slowest, so they don’t have to see another customer.. Apparently there is no strong leader or Branch Manager at this location.

Big thanks to Troy Chamberlain and Rob Rishon! My brother and I had to open an estate account for our brother Troy and Rob went above and beyond the call of duty to make a difficult time for us easy and quick.
