My dad came here to activate his debit card as he was having issues. A gentleman by the name of PATRICK was super nice to him, extremely patient and very understanding. He made the call for him, helped him at the ATM to make sure his card worked and also made sure his pin # was correct.My dad is not tech-savvy at all and gets nervous around things that have to electronics and pin numbers, etc. So Patrick was extremely helpful and I just want to give kudos to him!! I was at work when my dad needed help--and this helped me out as well. So thank you so much patrick!! :)

Disgusting how they conduct business. Opened an account, deposited a check on Dec. 12th & still unable to access my funds. They said hold for "new accounts" are up to 3 days instead of 2... then they changed it to "9 days". I have gone to the location at least 4x & WeHa (where I opened acct & they keep sending me to) & am on the phone woth them daily. 2+ weeks waiting for my check to be available. Nobody knows anything & they are holding my money hostage.

This Webster Branch is the absolute worst!!! The tellers that work here have 3 speeds… Slow, Slower, and Backwards. It seems like a competition amongst them as to who can work the slowest, so they don’t have to see another customer.. Apparently there is no strong leader or Branch Manager at this location.

Absolutely useless total incompetent people!!!Now blaming software upgrade for next SEVERAL months!!!Waste of my time need to go to another branch!They are DEFINITELY going to LOSE Customers

Big thanks to Troy Chamberlain and Rob Rishon! My brother and I had to open an estate account for our brother Troy and Rob went above and beyond the call of duty to make a difficult time for us easy and quick. They were both kind, caring, informative and a pleasure to work with. We will be sure to sing the praises of Webster Bank to all our friends and family! Thank-you Troy and Rob, you were amazing!

On August 26, 2020 @ 4:50-5:45 p.m... I went to the atm to withdraw money so I can pay my electric bill and grab my kids diapers, I go to the drive-thru atm and it happens to be a new machine. Well this machine took my debit card and while I waited for 10 minutes I decided to go into the bank and ask for help. Well the teller came out looked at the atm pressed the cancel button which I’ve already done multiple times, he tells me he doesn’t know what to do or what happened. At this point I’m frustrated because I don’t have an account with them so if I cancel my debit card I would have to wait a week to get a new one which means I can’t pay my bills or support my kids.. I then ask for the manager. The manger comes out and I told him exactly what happened, he said there’s nothing he can do and just kept asking the same questions that I’ve already told. I just wanted to know if I can get my debit card back or if I can still take money out if I gave them my bank info or to just cancel my card/lost so I can get my kids home at least... The manger says “I’ll be right back”... i waited outside with my kids and my younger brother for 45 minutes while they looked at me through the teller window. I was super confused on why they were just looking at me in a group knowing the situation and no one bothered to say anything. 45 minutes go by and they called the cops on me, lied, and told the cop I was trying to pry open the atm with a tool. I told the cop to check cameras and told him the situation, I had to even take a video of how rude and unhelpful the tellers and manger was there, to the point where the cop was even saying he doesn’t know why they wouldn’t help or tell me something. It took a police officer “they called” to get the info I waited for with a 1 year old and three week old baby along with my 17 year brother. Well it was proved that I didn’t do anything but wait patiently for help for answers the bank never told me. Very very unprofessional on how they handled the situation, for all they know I was a customer or was trying to be a customer. All I’m saying is that’s not how you handle things at a place of business and to lie and call the cops on a very innocent family man, just to make me leave really shows how unprofessional that bank is. I’ve been there in the past the same Webster in Farmington Ave Bristol CT, and they always been pretty rude or wear their feelings from the outside world to work. I’m very disappointed and I really hope something is said and done. I do have a video of the entire situation if it comes down to I’ll have to show corporate and the media world. Something just needs to be done or taught to the employees on how to handle and treat people....

I opened a checking account today. The staff was very friendly. Michele explained everything perfectly to me. She told me to contact her with any concerns I might have in the future. I thought the service was very professional. The renovation inside was very modern and fresh!

I've always had incredibly friendly, fast, and helpful customer service here. This morning I believe I spoke with Rob, one of the managers, who took the time to go through my account details and answer questions for me about fee changes. Very understanding and attentive staff! He went above and beyond to get me up to speed. Thank you :^)!
