“As many can attest, this last snowstorm was extremely challenging for both small and large plowing companies. It was a tough one.
I called Brownie’s (Hilario's) on Monday evening when my husband got stuck in a difficult spot. They were inundated with calls at the time and asked me to reach back out on Tuesday. After we tried unsuccessfully to get out ourselves, I called again—and within less than an hour they were in Kent with a heavy-duty wrecker to help us.
The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. He even made sure we were fully able to get out of the driveway before he left.
Yes, the service was expensive, but the level of care and responsiveness was exceptional. Brownie’s has helped us multiple times, and we will absolutely continue to support them. I highly recommend their services!”

“If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars I certainly would. My 2021 plow truck was towed in by modzelewski in early morning, diagnostic testing completed finding that the starter had failed. The mechanics installed new starter and I was back on the road later that same day! Great communication and pricing. I'm sure that the car dealership would take forever to get me back on the road. Envy towing showed up previously and said they couldn’t help because the car wouldn’t go into neutral (we explained to them beforehand that it couldn’t) and left us! However Carlos with Federal Towing showed up and immediately got the car hooked up. Would recommend.”

“Tom was awesome, and just overall a great guy. I needed a Kubota tractor (with bucket loader and backhoe), along with a Can Am Defender ATV towed on the same flat bed. I wanted to save a little money by getting them both transported together, and I did. I called it in the day before, and requested a 30 ft flat bed. Tom arrived 25 mins early the next morning, and completed the point A to B transport (50 min drive/36 miles) in less time then originally estimated. Nothing but good things to say. Wouldn't hesitate to call Brownie's again. Arrived early, secured both vehicles at or above my expectation, and it was about $50 cheaper than estimated. Can't ask for any better than that.
