“We took our company van to Dr. Don when it became obvious that something in the exhaust system was malfunctioning. He found a crack in the system that made it impossible to fix. The entire exhaust system would need to be replaced.
Instead of replacing the system himself, he suggested that, perhaps the job would be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. He even offered to contact GM himself and was able to arrange for the replacement to be done for us through a recall we did not know about. As a recall the replacement cost us nothing… not even a labor charge. When we told Doctor Don, we wanted to pay him for his time and effort he turned us down.
It is refreshing and heartwarming to find that there are still people in business who prioritize serving their customers over cashing in on them.”

“Tom was awesome, and just overall a great guy. I needed a Kubota tractor (with bucket loader and backhoe), along with a Can Am Defender ATV towed on the same flat bed. I wanted to save a little money by getting them both transported together, and I did. I called it in the day before, and requested a 30 ft flat bed. Tom arrived 25 mins early the next morning, and completed the point A to B transport (50 min drive/36 miles) in less time then originally estimated. Nothing but good things to say.
