So I called the the store and a lady named Rachel answered I explained my issue and I have to say she did an outstanding job stayed in communication with me throughout the day and then the next day she was able to get the issue fixed I have to say I've never met an employee like that at a store that went above and beyond for their customers is an outstanding employee and deserves to be rewarded for her job. I have never in my life went into a phone store and had an employee that did everything in her power to help words cannot express how grateful I am for Miss Rachel thank you Rachel

Today I was in the Cricket Brooklyn, CT. I met the new manager Kayla today. I was so pleased with her service since I had recently been in there and had visited with the former manager whom was one of the most rude arrogant person ever. A friend called me yesterday and told me to go back in to see Kayla. I did and was so pleased with her service and attitude. She is the only reason that I actually decided to take the plan. She is an asset to your company. Please thank her sincerely

Elizabeth and Kayla were so helpful and friendly. Even under pressure Elizabeth remained calm and friendly. Kayle gave us a warm welcome and helped us immediately.

The reps were great, but Cricket is the worst. I went online to check if our phones could be used on their network, we were told online and in store that they could. We ported out three lines today and spent $200 only to find out after the fact that our phones are not compatible with their system. Then to top it all off, we returned to the store 2 hours later to be told there was nothing that can be done and they will not give us back our money spent today. I will dispute it through my credit card, but that is just a horrible way to conduct business. I have no other recourse then that. They clearly do not care about customers and righting their wrongs. Make sure to do your research before you spend any money with this company. Cheaper is not always better!

We had an excellent experience at this location yesterday!! Brennen was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. We had to upgrade the phone on one of the lines on our account due to the new network upgrade and Brennen explained all the details to us. He gave us recommendations on the different choices we have for free phones and even helped us set up our new phone. He was extremely helpful and patient. The Brooklyn location was not the closest Cricket near us but we decided to take the ride because of the better reviews...and they're right. It was definitely worth the extra time. Highly recommend!!
