Staff was extremly helpful. When I found what I was looking for the arrangement didnt quite meet the color scheme I wanted. The staff offered to put one together bow and all. No problems with Staff ! They asked if I needed help, and they went above and beyond !

Was there for a half an hour and not one employee asked us if we needed help. They were to busy chatting with each other. The Harts in Norwich is a five star. Within several minutes an employee is helping us. The Norwich store suggested we go to the Canterbury store to look for a certain plant we wanted that Norwich didn't have. Most likely will not go to Canterbury store again.

Hart's has a wonderful variety of landscaping products with expert advice for how to make your yard and gardens picture perfect. There are perennials, annuals, vegetables, herbs, statuaries, benches, gazing balls, hanging baskets, gifts and cards, and house plants plus all you need to be successful in gardening such as soil and mulch. The staff is pleasant and attentive and actually quite fun to work with. Always a good time visiting with the kids or my dogs and the senses are always filled with birds chirping, butterflies fluttering, and of course wonderful scents of the beautiful flowers.

This place was amazing. We were driving byon our way home and decided to check it out! The employees were super helpful in helping figure out a question I had on a baby monstera deliciosa. The prices were great too!! Def gonna go back!!
