“I've never had a bad experience with this local Post Office. I've been using them for 3 years. In person, Customer Service is professional and very helpful. Regarding mail delivery, I've never had any issues getting my mail. I've seen Postal Carriers still delivering at 6pm to get their job done. I was waiting on a Christmas package, that after speaking with Customer Service, they do have a direct line, that is answered in a timely manner, they made a huge effort and my package got delivered today. Two days before Christmas. I appreciate your efforts and thank you for your hard work especially, during the Christmas season.”

“Place looks like a house and if not for the small sign, you probably would have no idea that it is indeed a post office. It's right across the street from Neil Cook Memorial Park and a small baseball field. It's also next-door to a church. The postal workers here are VERY nice and friendly. I don't think I ever encountered a rude worker at this location... This location is NEVER BUSY. I don't think I have ever seen a person here- while I was here. They do have PO Boxes, as I've seen them in the lobby. Not sure what type of services they offer- because of how small of a location it is. But this is an ideal post office because it is NEVER busy! It's convenient for people who live in the area. I work in the area and I occasionally have to ship packages so I will just bring them with me and stop when I pass by one. This one is often on my route. JUSY AN FYI : Everyone that doesn't have a printer beware, NEARLY every time I try to print a label from a QR code they have an issue with it. So if you're trying to print from a QR code. Save yourself the trip- and just go to a different one. It's happened to me at least 5x here and I do not come here frequently!!!”
“Im so glad this post office has its own phone number. I needed to find out the status of my package because it said delivered when it wasnt, i call the regular usps number and its a robot and i just cannot talk to a human no matter what i said.
I call my post office (this one) and get to actually talk to a person immediately and they helped me figure out what was going on with my package thank you so much”

“I happened to be at Hartford healthcare in Plainfield and after I got out I went to Yelp to find the closest post office. I found the Plainfield post office at 42 Railroad avenue right next to the Providence and Wooster yard. On street parking was good, the postal clerk was very polite and interested in why I came down from Woodstock. All in all a very good experience, highly recommended!”

They also follow up on our shipments with an email letting us know when the package has been picked up from their facility and a reminder of our tracking number.”
