Better than Walgreens, but still a big corporate dumpster fire. The staff seem very nice and even on a busy day when they're stressed try to help. The pharmacists seem overworked and underappreciated. CVS as a company lacks all care and humanity that even the most vile of sewage rats have

All and all not a bad staff but sometimes I get a text about an in process order to see when it may be ready other times nothing .. trying to speak to the pharmacy is wildly hard on hold for 20 minutes with no one answering to just say please hold awhile longer ..

I want to start off by saying the pharmacy staff are great! I have no issues at all in that department! As for the this one specific older man who stocks the shelves with silver hair and bright blue eyes. You sir are beyond rude and I couldn’t even finishing my shopping because I was so upset how you were beyond rude! I politely saw you were working and I had a shopping cart with my 2 year old daughter in the cart with me and you told me when I walked in the isle “are you going by.” I said politely “no that is ok I see you are working so I will leave the cart at the beginning of the isle so we don’t interrupt you.” You shock your head and sighed as if I caused an issue but you continued to work! You then got off of your hands and knees because you were organizing the bottom shelves not even stocking them just zoning and went over to grab a grey cart and placed it directly in front of the isle in front off the cart where my two year old daughter was sitting quietly watching videos on my phone and you slam a package on top of the cart with such aggression that it startled my daughter and when I looked up she had a face of concern and looked back at me almost in tears! This was the last straw for me so we left immediately after that incident because I was so upset and didn’t want to react to your uncalled for behavior! I was literally in the store for less than 1 minute and this was my experience! You should be ashamed of yourself sir! I prayed for you when I left the store because someone else might not have been so easygoing!

The couple times I've gone here the staff and management unfriendly and have " the hate my job " attitudes. Poor customer service. You could do better!

I called yesterday 7/24/23 to have a prescription refilled two days earlier because I’m going on a trips and won’t be able to pick it up. The female pharmacist who took my call was extremely rude. She even hung up the phone before I could even thank her. She said “ It will be ready tomorrow” and hung up! She was very unprofessional. ?

Very nice staff, of course they make little errors for example address trying to get it correct. They can get one part correct but the other part not and as a customer I’d like to double and triple check to make sure that they have it correct when picking up scripts. If they notice that there was an error they will be nice about it and say we put the wrong number in the system and we will fix it right away.

Awful. Almost always some Issue with reoccurring scrips. Frequently out of common drugs. Ive moved to another pharmacy. Very happy that I did.

Rude. Person who works in the pharmacy is the absolute rudest person. Was in the middle of asking him a question at the drive through and he hung up on me. Asked to have my rx transferred so I didn’t have to deal with him ever again. So much attitude.

This CVS pharmacy always has issues. They are either ALWAYS out of stock with a medication… and the pharmacy techs are so rude when I call! Please take a customer service 101 course. I never had issues with Walgreens!

The lady that helped me tonight went out of her way to fix an issue with my profile and get me a coupon code since insurance wouldn't cover it. Very grateful for that.

Terrible customer service. HIPAA violation with cashier shouting out the names of my medication with a line of people behind me. Refill requested on 2/13/2023, never filled! Change pharmacies and they can’t process my prescription because my health insurance has been charged for the prescription I never received. Smells like fraud. Call corporate tell the entire story am promised a call back within 48 hours from District Manager, Mrs. Patel, you guessed it, no call. CVS does not care about anyone terrible customer service, terrible management! Shameful.

Staff literally doesn’t care, the pharmacist on duty won’t even take the time to talk about a billing issue with the insurance. I presented all information and she refused to even look up at me to discuss the problem. With 100 other choices for a pharmacy - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went to CVS as a quick trip to grab a birthday card and gift card for my son's 16th birthday. He asked for a "steam" gift card to purchase video games. The gift card display was well organized and had a full section of steam cards for $20 or $50. I picked one for $50 and since there was a line at the register, used self checkout. Everything was going well, I clicked "continue" to acknowledge the sale of the gift card etc. Paid, and then the light flashed to wait for assistance. The line at the register had died down now except for one woman who was finishing her purchase. She continued to stay and have a conversation with the cashier about baby formula while I waited. Finally I was acknowledged and told that the gift card failed to activate. An employee tried with a different card but was unable to activate that one either. Eventually I was told they must have met their "limit" on those gift cards for the day (it was noon on a Sunday) and weren't allowed to sell anymore. I was only trying to purchase one gift card so it was a store limit, not a customer limit, which makes absolutely no sense. My credit card was refunded, although the refund is still "pending".
