I came to get my hood sanded down and repainted due to rock chips over time. I am so happy with the result. The hood looks perfect now and he went above and beyond buffing out a scratch that was on the side of my car too. Also I got back into my car to leave and realized the interior was detailed. “I originally came in for a versa, but my salesman Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that they had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn't for me, but he never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn't end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn't push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!”

They also show me the before and after repairs on my vehicle and give recommendations for things that can be done in a more cost efficient manner either by myself or someplace else. Most of the time I'll pay the higher price b/c of their transparency and the assurance of a job excellent done.”

“I scheduled on the website to bring my car in the night before with 2 flat tires and a need for brakes. I had a limited amount of credit on my Firestone card. Joe Levers assisted me with trying to increase my limit while I was there. I decided to get all four tires replaced, and Joe and the other mechanic looked at my brakes and said I needed both front and back. I chose to get front brakes because it was somewhat more in my budget. Joe and the mechanic looked again at my brakes and said there was more urgency with my back brakes. He said he wouldn't be able to sleep at night, letting me go with my back brakes in such bad condition, and honored the quote he gave me previously. I didn't feel like I was pressured about anything, and I really believe the entire crew was worried about doing a good job with what I had and my safety more than increasing the bottom line at the moment. I will be back to take care of the front brakes as soon as I can financially.”
