“I came in because my boyfriend got me a necklace for my birthday in june and unfortunately one of the pearls on the necklace :( (it was my own fault i am a necklace fidgeter lol) but swavorski gives you a 2 year warranty so they replaced the necklace with a brand new one for free!! the lady who helped me was so kind and quick, i wish i got her name but i appreciated her help so much! I already loved Micheal's Jewelers as a whole but working with Tim was hands down the best experience I've had with customer service. I live almost 300 miles away and did it all over the phone. They had the setting that I wanted custom made for me and helped me pick out the perfect center diamond, when I saw the ring in person for the first time I was in awe. My fiance loves it even more! And best part is it came right to my front door not a minute late with weekly updates on how the ring was coming along. 10/10 would recommend working with them you will not regret it.”
