“I went to 8 different Jewelers in the Hartford county area shopping for an engagement ring.. I wasn’t happy with any of them. It was either cost, lack of inventory, poor customer service, or just feeling pressured. My experience at Hannoush had absolutely none of those issues. I was completely comfortable, Mike was awesome, I could tell his experience was far beyond any other person or place. He made it so easy and had the ring done ahead of schedule. This will be the only jeweler I will use for the rest of my life. Don’t second guess going here.. you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Mike, you are the man!”
“I went to Michael’s looking for
A watch. The service provided to me was excellent. The staff was courteous and professional. They were not pushy but extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for!!”
“Chris-Ann and Sammy are such a wonderful tag team and showed me such beautiful and artistically intricate pieces. I’m not sure if it was the layout they did or the customer service that had me leaving with a smile”

“I’ve been a long time customer of Micheal’s back when they were in Torrington. I recently visited the Canton shop and was so happy to see a familiar face, Ken. He was very helpful and extremely patient and I got exactly what I wanted!”
