“We came in looking for a wedding gift for myself as the groom. I always wanted a nice watch. We dealt with Linda who walked us through all of the offerings in the store, ultimately settling on a model. I had not given much lead time ahead of the wedding and no promises were made. However, within about a month and a half’s time, my exact request was met and delivered to the store. Again, Linda was fantastic, accommodating our schedule for pick up, walking us through set up & fitting. The personal communication was fantastic throughout the whole process and made it feel as though the whole staff was working with us to get our desired outcome. After a confirmation to make sure we could order the proper size necklace, I paid the deposit on my phone via a text link and picked it up a couple weeks later. I also enjoyed their watch inventory. I already loved Micheal's Jewelers as a whole but working with Tim was hands down the best experience I've had with customer service. I live almost 300 miles away and did it all over the phone. They had the setting that I wanted custom made for me and helped me pick out the perfect center diamond, when I saw the ring in person for the first time I was in awe. My fiance loves it even more! And best part is it came right to my front door not a minute late with weekly updates on how the ring was coming along. 10/10 would recommend working with them you will not regret it.”
