She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.”

“My dryer suddenly died on me just before Thanksgiving. We went to Allstar on Saturday afternoon and the gentleman there could not have been more helpful. He arranged for me to get a floor model because they were back ordered until almost Christmas! My new dryer was delivered 3 days later by 2 very nice young men who took my old dryer and installed the new one in no time! They even fixed my vent in the garage because it came apart during installation! I highly recommend Allstar Appliance! It makes me happy to support a local family owned business!”

Lowe’s that came to fix my machine broke it even worse - he said it was not repairable - only a year old machine that just needed a door sensor
I called Miranda they came right out the next day and fix my machine in 2 hrs price was extremely reasonable - would recommend them to anyone
They even replace my tv motherboard awhile back and saved me from having to get a new TV

“Very helpful group, from Jeremy instore, to delivery & install with Nestor & Michael. My family has always been Sandys people because their prices & appliances are good & reliable. Jeremy went above & beyond, i, not knowing their hours blew in there just as they were closing on friday & he didnt make me feel like a j*** which he very well couldve blown me off & told me to come back. i asked him to hold an appliance til Monday & told him i would buy then. Due to kidney stones on Sunday, & Monday I was out of commission. They agreed to wait til tues after my docs appt, and they were quick as a bunny after i got out. These guys know what they're doing & they were helpful with recommendations especially given we just had a house fire 3 houses up. We are not Home Depot or Lowes people -we will always be Sandys people because of price, service & quality. and there's alot to be said for their people skills.”

“Love this place. I've always received great customer service from getting wood cut, to help with paint, plants, flooring, I've never been in a department I didn't get help in. Customer service is a breeze to return things or pay your HD cc bill. The app is kinda sucky tho when they do inventory or when they rearrange items. But that's a glitch all HD's have. I deducted a star for location. It is NOT in the best spot. It's a lil sketchy, especially @ night. Keep your head on a swivel. Situational awareness is a MAJOR thing these days.”

“This Home Depot location is absolutely wonderful! I visited it this evening. The staff were greeting everyone. It was almost like Downton Abbey or when a dignitary visits another nation and a line of people await them. Happy people in orange aprons were everywhere. Even at the very entrance, the guy doing the shopping trolleys greeted me and asked me if I needed help... I asked him if plumbing was in isle 10 and he inexplicably joyfully told me yes with a big smile. I don't know what I did to deserve the royal treatment. Maybe it's this location, maybe it's the time of day, maybe it's Maybelline, but this store is great!”

I had two house keys made and I asked for an auto key and the gentleman who was quite chipper got another associate to make the auto key and stayed around until all the keys were done. I was looking for dry gas but they didn't have that. The checkout was self checkout it was really quick and I was on my way within 20 minutes.”
