I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . “My wife and enjoyed our experience at Pilgrim Furniture. We came on Friday and worked with Mary Cratty who was very helpful. We explained what we were looking for and she took the time to show us all our options. We grabbed info sheets of all the couch choices we liked and spent time that evening determining what would work best. We went back the following morning and reviewed our top 3 choices with Mary and she worked out the pricing for all 3 options. Once we made our decision, Mary patiently helped us choose the fabric and patterns for the couch and throw pillows. She then stayed with us all through the payment and financing process. “I found Jaime’s Vintage Restorations shop last year when I needed a mold A.S.A.P. She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. She taught me so much that day. I decided to take a class and I have been taking classes ever since. Jamie is not just an owner of a brick and mortar shop for IOD’s and other products. She has compassion for what she does and that shows in everything she creates.”

“Bought a few beds here in the last 5 years for us and the kids. Steve is super helpful, only ask for him. There was a different guy one day sitting on a bed with a woman, not sure if a customer or he brings his lady to work with him, and I asked a question about my delivery date and said I met Steve the week before. The guy told me he was some college professor and that he couldn't help me because I met Steve and I'd have to come back and there was nothing he could do and just stopped and started talking to this other lady again. That's why 4 start”

I was pleasantly surprised when I was back recently, in an age where a reasonable thrift price is nigh impossible to find this one particular ReStore has really gotten it together. Night and day difference from the way it used to be and most of the other places I've been to- prices are actually quite good for a place that clearly takes a lot of pride in accurately figuring out what donated items are before setting them out, the floor and registers are clean, even the organization seems to be improved. The building HAS to be under new management or something and it's entirely for the better.

It's crazy to think that now this place is something I'd earnestly recommend to friends, but the transformation is so pronounced I both recognize how good of a spot it is and really want to see it do well. Will be back in the future for sure!”

I naturally was upset and frustrated, however the manager (Hazel think I heard someone call her) calmed me down and was extremely helpful and handled the situation. Put a smile on my face and saved Christmas for my son. The best costumer service .. matter of fact the only good customer service I’ve received since the pandemic.
