“I went to my local Bristol AT&t store to get a SIM card as my phone was not working and customer service had directed me to go there. Turns out they needed a manager to approve something in their system to continue with my account. There was no manager on duty. I was informed I'd have to wait two more days before that person would be back. The employee offered me no other solution. I had to think for him and inquired about another manager at any other location.
I want to the southington Connecticut location where my issue was resolved within minutes and I was able to walk out with my SIM card and my phone back up and running. They were friendly and mentioned to me that they've had many people come from the Bristol location over to southington to get their issues resolved.”

“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. “Kudos to Brandon at the at&t phone store in Cheshire Ct.
He was patient & provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service while trying to get my new cell phone replacement phone to work. A SIM card was replaced & it took nearly 4 hrs. for someone in Network to review the issue. It wasn't resolved until I requested a "supervisor". Being an at&t retiree, I know how important customer service is to the company & Brandon EXEMPLIFIED
that. 5 Stars for Brandon, 1 star for Network.
