“580 lakewood Rd. WTby 3/25/26 The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless. Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.”
